HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH?

CAN I BUY MOTHER LOAD IN OTHER RETAIL LOCATIONS?
Not yet.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All prices are displayed in US Dollars and we accept Visa and Mastercard.

DO YOU CHARGE STATE TAX?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped and/or delivered to Missouri.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your MOTHER LOAD order will ship out the next 2-3 business days, and we’ll send an e-mail with a tracking number when it ships. Shipment can occasionally be delayed due to holidays or inclement weather conditions.

WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
All Mother Load baby bag orders are shipped from the headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING IN THE U.S. COST?
Standard domestic shipping is $5.50 flat rate and takes up to 5 business days to arrive. For expedited shipping, please contact us.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO OR INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! Please send us an email at zara@Motherloadbags.com with your requested shipping address and we will work with you to figure out any additional shipping charges and customs questions.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS?
If you are interested in expedited shipping for International orders, or if you are in the U.S. and would like to arrange overnight or 2-day delivery, please send us an e-mail zara@Motherloadbags.com during business hours and we will be happy to help.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We are happy to refund returns of unused items, less shipping cost. We will gladly exchange a color or product if it wasn’t exactly what you expected. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. For returns, contact us here.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
All MOTHER LOAD products have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please send us an e-mail at info@Motherloadbags.com and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement.

WHERE ARE MOTHER LOAD BAGS MADE?
Mother Load bags are designed and tested in the USA in St. Louis, Missouri. In order to keep up demand we have now started manufacturing overseas, the bags are responsibly made in China. For more information, please email zara@Motherloadbags.com.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MOTHER LOAD PRODUCTS?
Our products can be machine (or hand) washed cold, gentle cycle, do not bleach, line dry. Cool iron if needed.

HOW ARE MOTHER LOAD PRODUCTS ECO FRIENDLY?
MOTHER LOAD products are designed to be very green and are constructed to minimize material waste and ensure high quality. The bags are reusable and can be machine washed. They drip dry in a matter of minutes. They’re a great, eco-friendly solution to using unsightly plastic storage bags! For more information, please send us an e-mail.
